Tennis Rules
The Tennis Courts are available to Owners in residence, Registered Renters and
guests of Owners in residence and of Registered Renters as follows.
To reserve time or use the courts, Owners or Registered Renters must sign up on this website. Priority shall be afforded to those who sign up.
To login in you must initially register for web access to signup. If you don’t already have a registration invitation code, please contact the office at office@villageatoctobermountain.com or call 413-243-4214 to obtain a registration code.
Owners or Registered Renters may sign up for courts up to 48 hours in advance, but only for one court per day.
During weekday Prime Time, Owners and/or Registered Renters (who must themselves sign and play) may invite guests to play with them.
Owners and Registered Renters may play any day of the week and must be present on the courts during play. Pickleball is permitted with personal related equipment.
Tennis footwear appropriate to the court surface is required. Please do not wear street shoes, flip flops, basketball, cross training or running shoes, they damage the surface.
If the person reserving the court fails to appear and begin play within 10 minutes of the reserved start time, the reservation is canceled and the court is then open for use by others.
Please cancel your reservation online if you cannot use it, so others can enjoy the court.
Children under the age of 14 years may play any day of the week after 11 a.m., but only if the Owner or Registered Renter is present.
Courts and lines must be brushed after each use so the next party can enjoy the courts.
All litter and refuse must be removed from the tennis courts and adjacent area and table.
To preserve the surface for tennis play, all bicycle riding, roller blading, pets and other sports or activities are prohibited on the court.
