● No lifeguard is on duty. Entering the pool is at the bather's own risk. 

● Pool Hours: sunrise to sunset 

● Please use your earbuds or headphones with any audio and/or video device. 

● Please limit mobile phone conversations to a few minutes. so as not to disturb others. 

● Proper bathing attire is required when in the pool. 

● The following are not permitted in the pool or in the pool area or on the porch: 

● Alcoholic beverages, food, or cannabis 

● Horseplay or running around the pool area 

● Diving 

● Rafts or floating chairs 

● Smoking or vaping 

● Pets 

● Use of musical instruments other than through headphones or ear buds 

● Do not leave any child unattended. Children under 17 years must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and pool area. 

● Babies, infants and others who may be incontinent must wear special pool pants/swim diapers while in the pool. 

● Please remove all trash, recyclables, etc when you leave the pool area. 

● Please close umbrellas and return chairs to their original position upon departure. 

● Lost and Found is in the office. We will be sure to leave it out where people can deposit lost items, or look for something they may have lost. 

● There is an AED (defibrillator) posted on the Village Hall. If it is needed it will automatically provide instructions to the user.

● The pool will be closed during cleaning and during Water Aerobics. 

MA State Law: 

● All persons are required to take a cleansing shower bath before entering the pool. 

● No person with a communicable disease is allowed to use the pool. 

Please help to keep the pool area neat. Taking your trash and closing the umbrellas is extremely helpful since our maintenance team will not be around until the following day. If storms come up and the umbrellas are not closed, chances are good they will be damaged, or the trash blown around and/or into the pool.
